We offer multiple options at Eternia Athletics for people wanting to take their fitness to the next level. Whether that be from General Fitness to getting ready for Colligate/Professional sports, we have something to offer you here at Eternia.  No goal is too large or too small.  The team at Eternia is here to help you meet any of those goals.  It could be looking to get yourself in the best shape of your life in one of our Strength/Fitness Programs, pushing yourself to the limit in our Athletic Training Program, diving into Powerlifting in our Power Program or our Powerlifting Team, Personal Training, Sport Specific Training, the list goes on.  We don't believe that there is a one size fits all button that can be used on every person. We also understand you might want/ need more work in specific areas. We are here to help you take your game to the next level, whatever that may be for you. Student Athlete | Performance Development

Our program will build on the athletes current athletic status. Through continued development of agility with speed and balance. We will also develop sports agility through the development of lateral and vertical explosion (i.e. fast muscle twitch). This is all accomplished through various sports conditioning drills and exercises.
